Welcome Ivy

Ivy was born a week ago tomorrow on Tyler's birthday. She's so beautiful. I think she is like the newborn us girls imagine when we are young, like a little doll. She's figured out that she came to eat, and she knows where the food is. She really likes to be swaddled and sleeps a lot, at least during the day. She sleep the first few nights which was a welcome surprise. Laurel is very helpful and proud of her little baby. Lilah is trying to deal with the shock and is very curious about her. Dennis and I are very grateful for this new little granddaughter, and for her parents who sacrifice so much for their little family. It's a joy to be with them. Thanks Dawn! It's cold at night here. Dad and I have had quite the summer. We talk about Poland all the time. We didn't get enough of Krakow and want to go back. We miss everyone, Agata's family, Barbara's friends, Travis and Agata. Rumor has it Travis is busy making a website for Alex and Rilee's company. We miss the rose jam donuts and good bread with yogurt cheese. It was a great summer. We love you all.
